The Enterprise owner more often than not does not have a specific person to discuss his/her business difficulties, strategic ideas or other business goals with. Some Enterprise owners simply don’t have the time to think, plan or address these issues.
Riva Consulting is there and available to fill this critical need in a business, specializing in providing business advice as well as acting as a business coach to mentor the Enterprise owner through the process.
The mentoring process is initiated by spending a few hours with the Enterprise owner, doing a general business analysis and overview. We will then get into an agreement with the Enterprise owner to place these critical issues in their order of priority. After a thorough business analysis, the focus turns to the personal skills and competencies of the business owner, enabling improvement of those.
Enterprise owners are trained through the process of writing their own Business Plans. These are by nature ‘Hands-on Strategic Plans’ to address business issues and business strategies. By compiling and working through all the issues, the Owner can take ownership of the Business Plan and change it when and where necessary.
Riva Consulting also does business plans on behalf of the Owner.
